Gift Aid

With Gift Aid, we can claim an extra 25p for every £1 you donate.

Can I claim Gift Aid For my Donation to the Prince of Peace Community?

In order to claim Gift Aid, you must:

  1. Pay enough UK income tax (this includes pension payments, bank interest and share dividends) and/or capital gains tax to cover the amount of tax we will reclaim.
  2. Give us a Gift Aid Declaration, which should include your name, home address and the charity’s name details of the donation – saying that it is a gift aid donation confirmation that you have paid UK tax – to cover the tax we will reclaim. We can then reclaim an extra £25 on every £100 that is given by standard rate (20%) taxpayers.

If you are a higher rate (40%) taxpayer then you can reclaim a further £25 on every £100 of your gift from the Inland Revenue in your Self-Assessment tax return so the effective cost to you when we receive £1,250 (you donate £1,000) is just £750.

If you have any questions or concerns about Gift Aid, you can contact us on info@princeofpeace.org.uk

A Special February Discount

New Dawn Weekend (29 – 31st May 2026)

New Dawn is a place where every generation is welcome. With dedicated children’s ministry (5-11), youth ministry (12-17), and a cosy toddler space for under‑4s, it’s a weekend where parents and children can encounter God together in a joyful, safe environment.

Come as a family – grow as a family.

Tracing back to the 17th century, February is traditionally dedicated to the Holy Family – Jesus, Mary, and Joseph. To make New Dawn more accessible to families we’re delighted to offer a special February discount:

⭐️ Children/youth tickets (aged 5-17) are just £10 for the whole weekend (normally £20 early bird / £30 full price)! ⭐️

Echoing the vision of Zechariah 8:4-6, Myles Dempsey once described New Dawn as “a foretaste of what a charismatic village might be… where people of all ages can relate to each other in love, and where the Kingdom of God becomes visible in the lives of His people.”  He often said, “I want the beauty of the Church to be seen in all her splendour; the Church with all its lights on and all its aspects celebrated – the Charismatic, the Liturgical, the Marian, the Eucharistic, the Sacramental, the Mystical – and for the whole family to be there.”

If you’re looking for a faith‑filled, family‑friendly weekend where everyone belongs, New Dawn is for you.
