Nearly 100 Gather for Our Largest New Dawn Evening Yet

We were delighted to welcome Catholic evangelist Ros Powell as our keynote speaker. Ros gave a powerful and inspiring talk on the importance of prayer and what it means to truly abide in the presence of the Lord, encouraging us all to deepen our relationship with Christ.

We were also pleased to welcome Fr Blaise Nsangou as Principal Celebrant, alongside Fr Martin Collins and Fr Stanto, who generously made themselves available to hear confessions throughout the evening. A particular highlight was the presence of a team of eight prayer ministers who offered personal prayer ministry during the time of healing and adoration, providing many with an opportunity to receive encouragement and prayer.

Each New Dawn Evening includes Holy Mass, a keynote talk from a guest speaker, Eucharistic Adoration, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and personal prayer ministry. Since launching in January this year, these evenings have continued to grow and have become a valued source of renewal for people from across the region and beyond.

We are excited to announce that our next New Dawn Evening will take place on Thursday 8 October, when we will welcome Fr Michael Payyapilly VC from Divine Retreat Centre, Pantasaph, as our keynote speaker.
